  • Do you have a showroom?
    We do not have our own public showroom but LxrySpace. All products are sold online with free delivery. If you are unhappy with the product you are entitled to a full refund once the product is returned unused.
  • I have an important delivery deadline, how do I know what products can be delivered by that date?
    We aim to dispatch goods within 24-48hrs. We can arrange a next day delivery depending on stock levels. The product is also available from Amazon who have a proven delivery system for fast delivery
  • How do I care for my product?
    In the Shelving Pack you will find full installation and product care instructions. The product is durable, and we recommend simple cleaning with a non-abrasive micro fibre cloth and antibacterial cleaner. Strong chemical cleaners should be avoided as prolonged use will damage the wood and metal finishes.
  • A component is missing
    Please email us with the product code and component or hardware part number as listed in the assembly instructions. Most items can be posted to you within 48 hours.
  • I am having difficulties assembling a product
    Please call us during office hours where advice can be given by a member of our team who has first hand assembly experience of the product in question.
  • How secure is my credit card payment?
    All card payment transactions are processed through the Stripe payment gateway which achieves the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Full card information is never displayed to any individual at Ardalane or Stripe as data transmission is done using 128-bit SSL encrypted certificates. So you can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing can be examined, used or modified by any third parties.
  • Does someone need to sign for my delivery?
    Yes, all orders need to be signed for otherwise they can not be delivered.
  • Does the delivery driver assemble the furniture?
    No. Our standard delivery is conducted by one person (the driver) who will carry your order to the entrance of your specified delivery address. Please refer to Delivery and Assembly information for further details.
  • Can I have another copy of the assembly instructions?
    Yes. Assembly instructions are available online for each product and can be downloaded as a PDF. Alternatively, please email us with the product code and we can email you a PDF copy of the assembly instructions.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
